Has been with Gerken Capital since February of 2005. Before coming to Gerken Capital, Carla spent seven years with BayGroup International, a performance improvement firm. While there, she was the Training Coordinator, and was responsible for coordinating instructors for programs throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. She also worked as an Administrative Assistant and Personal Assistant to the CEO. Prior to BayGroup International, Ms. Boy was with Qantas Airways for 15 years. She worked in the capacities of Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Assistant to the Vice President of Freight, and Passenger Sales Reservations Agent. Carla was awarded a Bachelors Degree in Studio Art and Art History from California State University, Sonoma. She speaks Italian fluently and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
